1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products are eligible for return only if wrong or damaged items are received.
• Customers must provide a parcel opening video as proof.
• In case of damage, returns are accepted only with a proper 360° parcel opening video without cuts or edits, shared within 2 to 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
